• Scrubbing for cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques.
• Preparing and maintaining the sterile field in the operating room.
• Assisting the surgical team during procedures, anticipating their needs.
• Managing surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies efficiently.
• Collaborating with the surgical team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate records of procedures and instrument counts.
• Participating in pre-operative and post-operative patient care activities.
• Following hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Continuously updating knowledge on advancements in CTVS procedures.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with specialized experience CTVS procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of aseptic techniques and operating room protocols.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
• Willingness to stay updated on the latest advancements in CTVS.

Preferred:

• GNM or Bsc
• Prior experience of at least 6 months in CTVS OT procedures a must
• Familiarity with the latest surgical technologies and equipment.
