Job description

o  Develop & implement product strategies that align with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.

o  Plan and execute product launch activities, including product demos, CME, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement tools

o  Manage the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.

o  Collaborate with sales and production, to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy.

o  Keep up-to-date with industry developments and innovations to stay ahead of the curve.

Develop the competency of sales team for respective therapy by inhouse training/hands on job

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Science/Pharmacy/Nursing, MBA in marketing is a plus

.Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
